On July 17, Wing Tai Holdings will unveil its newest project, River Green, a development featuring 524 units. The starting price for a one-bedroom unit will be $1.2 million ($2,857 psf), while a four-bedroom unit is expected to start from $2.8 million ($2,857 psf).
Strategically located in prime District 9 along River Valley Green, River Green consists of a single 36-storey residential block offering a mix of one- to four-bedroom units, ranging from 420 sq ft to 980 sq ft. These units will come with high-end features such as kitchen appliances from V-Zug and Liebherr, sanitary wares from Villeroy & Boch, and bathroom fittings from Gessi.

Wing Tai secured the 100,009 sq ft government land sale (GLS) site for River Green last year with a winning bid of $464 million, which translates to a land rate of $1,325 psf per plot ratio (ppr). Another GLS site along River Valley Green was awarded to GuocoLand with a winning bid of $627.84 million ($1,420 psf ppr) for a 126,326 sq ft plot, which could potentially yield a 475-unit project with commercial space on the first level.
Future residents of River Green will enjoy 48 facilities including a 50-metre lap pool, a tennis court, three function rooms, a gym and fitness studio, a co-working space, and a Sky Loft on the 37th floor. The development will also have 265 underground parking lots, including 20 EV charging lots, 40 EV-ready lots, and three accessible lots. Additionally, there will be 150 bicycle lots for last-mile facilities.
Planned features for River Green include a covered walkway to Great World MRT Station, which is connected to the nearby Great World shopping mall. The MRT station is also only one stop away from Orchard MRT Station. The development also benefits from its convenient location near several lifestyle hubs along the Singapore River, including Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay, and Boat Quay.
Some notable schools within a 2-kilometre radius of River Green include River Valley Primary School, Alexandra Primary School, Zhangde Primary School, Anglo-Chinese School (Junior), and St Margaret’s Primary School.
In addition, River Green will be the first residential development in Singapore to achieve the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark Platinum (Super Low Energy) certification with all five sustainability badges: health and wellbeing, whole-life carbon, maintainability, resilience, and intelligence. The condo has also been designed with universal design principles, providing resting areas fitted with seats of various heights, barrier-free routes, and a universal pool entrance accessible for wheelchair users.
